AFL National Gambling Policy

This is a policy of the AFL which all football clubs are expected to promote and ensure player awareness.

The policy is a legal document. In essence, it states that players and officials must not gamble on any football match where they have the potential (as a player or official) to influence the result.

Put very simply:

  • DO NOT GAMBLE ON YOUR CLUB’S GAMES
  • DO CONTACT THE AFL DIRECTLY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS

For more information, download the AFL National Gambling Policy here.

AFL-Anti-Doping-Code

Again this is a legal document which must be read to fully understand.

Very simply the code prohibits the use of WADA-listed performance-enhancing substances and methods.

Concussion Policy

This policy articulates NHFC’s approach to the management of concussion-type incidents that affect its players and the standard approach to consequential treatment and recovery.
